Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Rebecca Fitch Photography, I want booking your session or purchasing a gift card to be a simple and enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to read the information below before making your purchase.
Photography Session Deposits
When you purchase a photography session package through my website, you are paying a non-refundable booking deposit. This secures your session and reserves availability for you.
As session dates and times are arranged personally after purchase, your booking is not confirmed until we have agreed a mutually convenient date.
Rescheduling
Life happens, and I understand that plans can change.
If you need to rearrange your session, please contact me as soon as possible. Wherever possible, I will happily transfer your booking to another available date at no additional charge, provided sufficient notice is given.
Cancellations
If you decide not to proceed with your photography session after purchasing your package, the booking deposit is non-refundable, as it covers administration and reserves availability for your session.
If I ever need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances and we are unable to arrange an alternative date, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
Gift Cards
Gift cards make a wonderful present and can be redeemed against eligible Rebecca Fitch Photography sessions.
Gift cards are:
- Non-refundable.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Non-transferable without prior agreement.
- Valid for the expiry date stated on the gift card.
Please contact me before the expiry date if exceptional circumstances prevent you from using your gift card.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable under this policy, it will be made using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your payment provider to process the refund.
